These classes are designed to prepare our boys ages 6 years old to 17 years old on focusing their skills, increasing their strength, agility, endurance, flexibility and coordination skills.

Boys Gymnastics classes are an excellent way for boys to improve their athletic skills and overall physical fitness. These classes are specifically designed to help boys develop strength, endurance, power, and agility, and will include activities sprinting, jumping, and agility drills. In addition to physical exercise, Boys Gymnastics classes focus on developing important skills such as teamwork, discipline, and self-confidence. These classes are led by experienced coaches who can provide guidance and support to help boys reach their fitness goals.

Boys Gymnastics Level 1
6 - 17 years old

This class is great for all boys who want to get a head start in their fitness journey, whether they're interested in gymnastics itself or looking for excellent conditioning to enhance performance in other sports and stay active during the off-season.

Boys Gymnastics Level 2 (Invite Only)
6 - 17 years old

After 90% of skills are completed from Boys Gymnastics Level 1 class, students can advance to Level 2
