Dress Code & What to Wear
To keep everyone safe and comfortable while learning and having fun, we ask that students arrive in clothes that allow full range of motion. Below are our recommended items for each program.
School Age
Active wear that stays in place during movement.
- Leotard or athletic clothing (leggings, shorts, t-shirt)
- No shoes or socks on the floor
Preschool
Comfortable, simple clothing for little movers.
- Leotard for girls; t-shirt & shorts for boys and girls
- No shoes or socks on the floor
Cheerleading
Supportive, athletic apparel for stunts and tumbling.
- Sports bra or tank with spandex/shorts
- Tight-fitted tennis shoes allowed (no Vans/Converse)
Tumbling
Clothing that won't catch or restrict during flips.
- Fitted leotard or sports bra & spandex
- No loose clothing; tight-fitted athletic shoes only
Wrestling
Tight, durable clothing to reduce grips and protect skin.
- Wrestling singlet or compression top & shorts
- No jewelry; clean feet or wrestling shoes when required
