Frequently Asked Questions
We hope you never want to cancel. But if something comes up, we ask that you let us know two weeks in advance or immediately. Once you inform us we will send you a “Class Cancellation and Auto-Draft Stop” form, which we will need in order to cancel any class and/or auto-draft payments.
All staff at MYSC are First Aid/CPR/EUD Certified and are Safe Sport certified through USA Gymnastics. You can never stop growing/learning, so we ensure to have up-to-date meetings, trainings, etc. year-round.
Classes run Monday-Friday (primarily in the evening but we do offer some morning and afternoon classes on select days). Once you choose a class/time, that will be your weekly day/time until you need/desire to change that day/time.
MYSC offers private lessons for students 6 years or older. If you desire to get your student connected with a coach to set up a private lesson, please stop by the front desk to fill out a Private Lesson Contract and one of our coaches with availability will be in touch with you to set a day/time with you.
All programs/classes have different dress code policies. Once you sign up for a class, you should receive an email with all the dress code rules/policies. If you have any additional questions before your student’s class, please give our front office a call.
Recreational classes have fewer and shorter classes (one per week for roughly one hour long). Competitive classes will have more and longer classes (two-three per week for roughly 2-3 hours long).
Yes! We offer discounts for students that take more than one class per week, sibling discounts, and military discounts. Only one discount can be applied each month.
